Senior citizens:
Those over the age of 60 booking the self catering apartment are entitled to special offers not listed here. Please contact us for information as this depends on the time of the year. Free chauffeur service to and from the airport might be available when you book. Special conditions for senior citizens are available for the periods in the price range of 450€, 200€ (see below). Senior citizens need not be afraid of not knowing Italian as the owner will be at your disposal when needed for your shopping or when in special need if you do not have your own transport. This again depends on when you wish to occupy the apartment. However, please note that the apartment is not suitable for wheel chair users or people with reduced mobility.

From 4th June - 24th September 2011 rental is normally by the week and is self catering only. During this period we do not usually accept bookings for less than a week. However, if you notice that a week is free due to a cancellation and you would like to benefit from a last minute discounted booking for that week or part of the week please contact us whatever the month, you may be lucky. The following categories of visitors are entitled to a discount:

Two week bookings:
Those who book for at least two consecutive weeks are entitled to a 10% discount on their second week and a further 1% for each subsequent week. Example: week 1 full advertised price, week 2 full advertised price -10%, 3rd week full advertised price -11%, 4th week full advertised price -12%. This applies to any full advertised price range (not last minute special offers).

Return Visits:
Those who have already stayed at Mirasole apartment are entitled to a 10% discount on their next weekly booking and for every subsequent weekly booking a further 1%. These do not have to be consecutive weeks and can be in different years. This applies to any full advertised price range (not last minute special offers)

Sunny Italy weather proof prices! Save up to 35% of total apartment price:
Visitors come to Lake Garda for the sun and want to leave the rain behind in their native country. We have no control over the weather but we do have control over prices. Those who book for a week out of season (375€ and 200€ price range) are entitled to a refund of 5% for every day of rain during their stay. 6 hours of rain between 9am and 6pm in any one day entitles guests to this refund. Have you ever been made such an offer before? We have every confidence in sunny Lake Garda! There is no need for insurance against bad weather, you have it included in the price!

Recommend a friend:
If you have stayed in Mirasole apartment before and recommend a friend you are entitled to a 10% discount on your booking in addition to any other discounts you may be entitled to. Please contact us if you wish to recommend a friend but do not need a discount on your next booking. To be eligible you must introduce your friend before he/she contacts us by writing to us on his/her behalf. Your friend must book the apartment for at least one week.

If you are not included in any of the above categories please do not ask for a discount as an embarassing refusal does not benefit anyone.

During the months October-March three is a 10€ per night supplement for heating charges.
